On-campus Medical Facilities
Urmia University spares no effort in ensuring the well-being of its students, staff, and faculty members and recognizes its responsibilities towards providing timely medical assistance.
The medical facilities provided by the Medical Clinic of Urmia University include First Aid, blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring, and all the medicines that one may need in case of minor illness are also available.
This clinic is equipped with modern amenities, advanced technological equipment, and nurses and physicians on campus are available to cater to students, staff, and faculty members who report minor health-related issues and are promptly attended to as per their needs.
In case of emergency, the patient is provided with initial first aid if needed and then immediately taken to the nearest hospital for further treatment. Stretchers, wheelchairs, and other equipment are on constant standby for any eventuality. An ambulance facility is also available in the Campus in case of any emergency.
