Nowadays the university is made up of four schools, twenty-six departments, an academic staff of more than 3,000 individuals and an administrative staff of more than 4,500. Current student enrollment is still about 100,000 total.

MOU between National Taiwan Ocean University and Urmia University

NTOU was originally established as the Provincial Taiwan Maritime Technology College in 1953. In 1979, it was renamed National Taiwan College of Marine Science and Technology. Ten years later, the institution underwent another name change, to National Taiwan Ocean University. Founded in 1953, National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU) has become a well-fledged university (with 6,458,346 square feet) on account of the superior leadership of the past principals and the efforts of the faculty, staff and students, originally named Provincial Taiwan Maritime Technology College (with only 10,677 square feet), Maritime College and National Taiwan College of Marine Science and Technology. NTOU is an ocean-based university, but not limited to the ocean and also an internationally well-known university with excellence in teaching and featured research. NTOU has three campuses: The main campus, Matsu campus, and Guanyin-Taoyuan campus. It has seven colleges, consisting of 22 departments, 12 graduate institutes, 28 master programs, 20 doctoral programs, 13 in-service master programs, and four bachelor programs of extension education. NTOU has nearly 9,000 students and about 500 overseas students, which makes NTOU the top ocean university internationally.

Gazi University (Turkish: Gazi Üniversitesi) is a public university located primarily in Ankara, Turkey. It was established in 1926 by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk as Gazi Teacher Training Institute. In 1982, it was reorganized by merging with the Bolu Academy of Engineering and Architecture, Ankara Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences, the Ankara College of Technical Careers, the Ankara Girls' College of Technical Careers, and the Ankara State Academy of Engineering and Architecture to form a large metropolitan university as part of the act which created the Board of Higher Education. Gazi University consists of 21 faculties, 4 schools, 11 vocational schools of higher education, 52 research centers and 7 graduate institutes.

Necmettin Erbakan University (Turkish Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi) is a public university in Konya, Turkey. Necmettin Erbakan University (NEU) was established as Konya University. On April 11, 2012, its name was changed to "Necmettin Erbakan University" in memory of former Prime Minister Necmettin Erbakan. It provides education in different departments and fields from medicine to basic sciences, from social sciences to engineering, and strives to raise our youth, who are our future, in a highly spiritual, moral and equipped way. Yeditepe University’s home is 26 Ağustos Campus, which is equipped with everything a student might need, educational, cultural, artistic, sportive, etc. during his or her time in Yeditepe. 26 Ağustos Campus is located on the outskirts of Kayışdağı on the Asian Side of Istanbul, with a land of 125 thousand square meters and a building area of 223 thousand square meters.

University of Mosul is one of the most important pillars of higher education and scientific research in Iraq. With its scientific and cultural activities and events, it belongs to the republic system of higher education and scientific research with respect to all regulations, laws and instructions. Its steps are inspired by and based on deliberate plans to be a beacon that illuminates the path of science and education. Today, it promotes 24 colleges and 8 research and education centers, including a research center for medical specialisms, consulting offices, specialized teaching hospitals, mobile clinics and scientific journals that occupy advanced entries in the internationally recognized indexes like Scopus.

MOU between University of Babylon and Urmia University

The University of Babylon is a public university established in 1991. At the heart of Iraq, it is located in Babylon Governorate, on the banks of the Euphrates River. The University is named after one of the first civilizations across history: the Ancient City of Babylon. During the Akkadian era (3000 BC), the city became civilized and known as Bab-ilu, i.e. the Door of God. The Greek name Babylonia was later adopted and used in the Old Testament. The university consists of 21 colleges divided over multiple campuses, all of which are located in the city of Hilla. The central campus is located to the west of the city, on the road between Babylon and Najaf, and it is the largest complex in terms of area and number of colleges. It is followed by the complex of medical and health-related colleges, which are found near Al-Hilla Teaching Hospital. Other campuses include the Faculty of Fine Arts, which is located on Sixty Street, and the College of Management and Economic Studies near Marjan Hospital. A number of colleges have been moved to Al-Qasim district to establish Al-Qasim Green University in 2012. These include the Colleges of Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Nutritional Sciences, and Environmental Sciences.
