MOU between Yeditepe University and Urmia University

Having been founded in 1996 by Istanbul Egitim ve Kultur Vakfi (ISTEK – Istanbul Educational and Cultural Foundation), Yeditepe University offers an education compatible with the expectations of the information age and carries out its academic activities at 13 Faculties namely Dentistry, Pharmacy, Arts and Sciences, Fine Arts, Law, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Communication, Architecture, Engineering, Health Sciences, Medical, Computer and Information Sciences, 2 Schools and 1 Vocational School.

Yeditepe University’s home is 26 Ağustos Campus, which is equipped with everything a student might need, educational, cultural, artistic, sportive, etc. during his or her time in Yeditepe. 26 Ağustos Campus is located on the outskirts of Kayışdağı on the Asian Side of Istanbul, with a land of 125 thousand square meters and a building area of 223 thousand square meters.

MOU between University of Mosul and Urmia University

University of Mosul is one of the most important pillars of higher education and scientific research in Iraq. With its scientific and cultural activities and events, it belongs to the republic system of higher education and scientific research with respect to all regulations, laws and instructions. Its steps are inspired by and based on deliberate plans to be a beacon that illuminates the path of science and education. Today, it promotes 24 colleges and 8 research and education centers, including a research center for medical specialisms, consulting offices, specialized teaching hospitals, mobile clinics and scientific journals that occupy advanced entries in the internationally recognized indexes like Scopus.

MOU between University of Babylon and Urmia University

The University of Babylon is a public university established in 1991. At the heart of Iraq, it is located in Babylon Governorate, on the banks of the Euphrates River. The University is named after one of the first civilizations across history: the Ancient City of Babylon. During the Akkadian era (3000 BC), the city became civilized and known as Bab-ilu, i.e. the Door of God. The Greek name Babylonia was later adopted and used in the Old Testament. The university consists of 21 colleges divided over multiple campuses, all of which are located in the city of Hilla. The central campus is located to the west of the city, on the road between Babylon and Najaf, and it is the largest complex in terms of area and number of colleges. It is followed by the complex of medical and health-related colleges, which are found near Al-Hilla Teaching Hospital. Other campuses include the Faculty of Fine Arts, which is located on Sixty Street, and the College of Management and Economic Studies near Marjan Hospital. A number of colleges have been moved to Al-Qasim district to establish Al-Qasim Green University in 2012. These include the Colleges of Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Nutritional Sciences, and Environmental Sciences.

MOU between AL-AYEN IRAQI University and Urmia University

Despite its recent foundation in October of 2017, Al-Ayen Iraqi University has raced ahead of time in its attempt to reach the ranks of discerning universities.

In a record period, it was able to achieve many scientific and administrative achievements, including the distinguished international scientific conference, which has been in two copies so far, to enter into international scientific classifications such as RUR and others, and to facilitate the dissemination of scientific research by university professors in international scientific indexes. And interested in attracting competent Arab and local teachers by equipping a solid infrastructure, where the scientific laboratories were equipped with the latest devices and systems from the best international origins, as well as the modern buildings of the university and its classrooms equipped with the latest technologies. The university continues to update its scientific and administrative plans, as it has developed a work strategy that contains several axes that will elevate the university to the edges of modern science.

MOU between the University of Baghdad and Urmia University

The University of Baghdad was founded in 1957 as the second largest university in the Middle East and the oldest university in Iraq, including the Faculty of Law (1908), the Faculty of Engineering (1921), the High Teachers’ House (later called the Faculty of Education) in (1923) and the Faculty of Medicine (1921). It is the first of its kind from which all highly trained faculty members and technical and administrative staff have emerged and who became the first seed for establishing and the rehabilitation of other Iraqi universities’ staff in addition to those of other government institutions.

MOU between Al-Iraqia University and Urmia University

Al-Iraqia University is one of Iraqi universities that was established in 1989 in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq, as one of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research establishments,  specializing in teaching medicine, dentistry, engineering, law, economics, literature, education, media, and Islamic sciences, as well as various other sciences.

The university is distinguished by acceptance students from all over the world, which reflected the size of its international students (more than 45 Arab and Islamic countries)since its establishment until now in order to study pure sciences and to be a point of intellectual radiation in their countries.

Ankara University (Turkish: Ankara Üniversitesi) is a public university in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey. It was the first higher education institution founded in Turkey after the republic's formation in 1923. The university has 40 vocational programs, 120 undergraduate programs, and 110 graduate programs.

MOU between Gazi University and Urmia University

Gazi University (Turkish: Gazi Üniversitesi) is a public university located primarily in Ankara, Turkey. It was established in 1926 by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk as Gazi Teacher Training Institute. In 1982, it was reorganized by merging with the Bolu Academy of Engineering and Architecture, Ankara Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences, the Ankara College of Technical Careers, the Ankara Girls' College of Technical Careers, and the Ankara State Academy of Engineering and Architecture to form a large metropolitan university as part of the act which created the Board of Higher Education. Gazi University consists of 21 faculties, 4 schools, 11 vocational schools of higher education, 52 research centers and 7 graduate institutes.

MOU between Hacettepe University and Urmia University

Hacettepe University (Turkish: Hacettepe Üniversitesi) is a leading state university in Ankara, Turkey. It was established on 8 July 1967. The university has two main campuses. The first campus is in the old town of Ankara and hosts the Medical Centre. The second one, Beytepe Campus is 13 km (8 mi) from the city center and hosts the faculties of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Law, Education, Engineering, Fine Arts, Letters, and Science. In addition to these two main campuses, the School of Social Work is at Keçiören, and the Turkish State Conservatory in Ankara, affiliated with the university as of 1982, is at the Beşevler Campus.

MOU between Ankara Haji Bayram Veli University and Urmia University

 

Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University has the advantage of being born from Gazi University, one of the earliest and biggest educational institutions in Turkey. Accordingly, Ankara Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences also continues its activities with the same highly qualified academic staff and physical facilities since it was opened in 1955.

With nine faculties, three vocational schools, three colleges, and a conservatory, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University is Turkey's youngest but also the most experienced higher education institution.
