The 1st International Congress of Veterinary Medicinal Plants and Traditional Medicine
The 1st International Congress of Veterinary Medicinal Plants and Traditional Medicine was organized and held on the 21st and 22nd of October 2024 by Urmia University with the participation of the Iranian Medicinal Plants Association and Atatürk University of Turkey.
About 245 articles were received by the scientific committee of this congress, and after the final judging, 115 articles were selected to be presented in the form of poster and oral presentations, 20 of which were from Turkey. This congress was also covered and broadcast online, where participants from Turkey presented their papers on the online platform. Also, the president of Atatürk University and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine dean gave a virtual speech at this conference.
